TRINITY UNITED CHURCH

ABOUT US

A CHURCH STEEPED IN HISTORY – A CHURCH ON THE CUTTING EDGE OF INNOVATION

Trinity was founded in 1871 and has provided spiritual support, community outreach and pastoral care to this region for almost 150 years.  Yet Trinity is also an innovative church that has pioneered the use of technology in worship, education, and community outreach.  Click on the topics below to see what Trinity does here and beyond

TRINITY’S CHANCEL CHOIR

Oh the joy of singing!  Trinity’s Chancel Choir is a closely-knit musical family of some 17 singers (if everyone is present).  The choir’s goal/ambition is commitment to use their God-given talents to provide inspiring music.  The Choir provides hymn-singing leadership in the Sunday services.  This choir reads the musical page well and has the capability of singing in four-part harmony easily.   What do you think?  Want to sing with us?  Contact Marcella at the church.

WEDDINGS

We have a beautiful church and we have incredible organ and piano music. We have the larger sanctuary that holds up to 425 people, as well as a smaller chapel for 50.   We also have the ability to live stream your wedding on the internet so those from a distance can celebrate this special day with you.  Contact us today if you are interested in a viewing of the Church for your wedding.

BAPTISMS

You may be seeking baptism for yourself or for your child or grandchild. As part of the  tradition, we do  baptisms.  However, many adults today have not been baptized, and adult baptisms are becoming popular. We have no fee for Baptisms, please contact us today if you are interested!

FUNERALS

One of the most important ministries we have at Trinity is helping those who are grieving.  If we can help with a funeral or memorial service, please contact us.  In addition to our regular services, we also can live stream a funeral service so others who can’t make it home can still remember with you.
